At Doodle Zoo, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Dispatch Times

Orders are aimed to be dispatched within 3 working days of purchase. Please note that dispatch may take longer during particularly busy periods, sales, or promotional events.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the relevant shipping information where applicable.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, the carrier is responsible for delivering your order within the displayed shipping time selected at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control, such as delays with the carrier, adverse weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Late or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of being dispatched, or if your order is significantly delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking information.

Please note that once an order has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the chosen carrier. Doodle Zoo cannot guarantee delivery times provided by the carrier.
