At Doodle Zoo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
Returns
Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and free from any signs of wear. Items that show signs of use, including damage or alterations, will not be accepted for return.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns and keeping the tracking number until your return has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at doodlezoo@hotmail.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on personalized items or custom-made products. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To ensure you get the right fit for your pet, we recommend carefully measuring your pet before placing an order. If you’re unsure about sizing, please refer to our size chart on the product page.
If you accidentally order the wrong size, please reach out to us at doodlezoo@hotmail.com. While we will do our best to exchange it for the correct size, please note that stock availability is not guaranteed. To avoid any issues, please double-check the sizing before completing your order.
If you receive the wrong size through an error on our part, we will gladly assist with an exchange.
For the best chance of returning items in perfect condition, we recommend trying them indoors first. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, or are not in a re-sellable condition.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you if your return has been approved or rejected. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
